We offer half hour sessions with one of our skilled trainers at a time that is convenient to you. Every class at Fit4Living combines four main components; Strengthening, Balance, Cardio, and Flexibility, to give you the best well rounded workout. Your workout will benefit you to reduce stress, increase muscular strength, stamina, and range of movement for daily life activities, improve your sport, boost mood and self confidence, and so much more! Our classes use any mix of free weights, floor exercises, TRX, core work, Exercise Bands, Kettle Bells, Bosu, and other equipment. Our educated trainers use safe exercises specific for the aging population.

This class includes the four components of all Fit4Living classes: Strengthening, Balance, Cardio, and Flexibility, while being suited and adapted for those just beginning to exercise, or newly starting out. This class is geared to be accessible to everyone able to work in groups.
This class includes the four components of all Fit4Living classes: Strengthening, Balance, Cardio, and Flexibility. Our Living Fit class is suitable for those already active, and able to workout with varied levels.
Our bootcamp includes the four components of all Fit4Living classes: Strengthening, Balance, Cardio, and Flexibility. This class is at a higher intensity and is suitable for those who have maintained an active lifestyle for some time.
